Words from the Division President
I am pleased to report that the last four months has seen exceptional growth in new customers at Mobile BIS and successful introductions of new software solutions. Continuing our efforts to increase the industries that benefit from Mobile BIS productivity benefits, we are putting the final touches on new applications that will serve the transportation, food service and law enforcement fields.
As you will read elsewhere in this issue of Mobile Talk, we continue to establish new partner relationships to expand the services Mobile BIS can provide its customers.
Last month, we established our first office outside the United States – in Bologna, Italy. It is headed by Raffaele Rotondo, who has been serving as a consultant to Mobile BIS in the U.S.
“I am convinced,” Rotondo said, “that a strong market exists in Italy and Europe for mobility solutions.” Prior to consulting to Mobile BIS, Rotondo was engaged in website development and support for several Italian companies. On October 9 and 10, Mobile BIS and B IS Computer Solutions were among the featured exhibitors at the 2007 Los Angeles Business Conference presented by the Association for Corporate Growth. The event was hosted by ACG of Los Angeles in association with ACG San Diego, Orange County, 101 Corridor, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the Los Angeles Business Journal. Attending were many of America’s leading business leaders.
