The Company

Mobile BIS is a division of BIS Computer Solutions, of La Crescenta, California, a premier supplier of hardware and application software since 1971. Increasing customer demand for applications to support mobile solutions prompted the privately owned parent company to establish the division in 2002.

Products / Services

Mobile BIS develops software applications for mobile devices. Its solutions produce improved productivity and gains in profitability for customers through mobility. The division often collaborates with partner organizations, such as Oracle and SCO-Me, Inc., to develop and install customized mobility applications for customers in a broad range of businesses.

Mobile BIS consultants can provide total mobility solutions for customers that include system design, operating support, training and project management.

As a valued added reseller for virtually all of the major mobile device manufacturers, Mobile BIS, can offer independent, objective recommendations of hardware that represent the best match for its software applications.

Management

Michael J. Macho is President of the Mobile BIS Division. Formerly responsible for business development of mobile solutions at BIS Computer Solutions, he was named to head the division when it was established in 2002. Previously, he was Director of Website Sales, at Dial Industries, Los Angeles. He earlier was employed by Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. Mr. Macho was graduated Magna Cum Lade from Landmark College, in Vermont.
